Bin-Shihon Group is the exclusive agent for Eni Lubricants in the Kingdom

September 2023: Bin-Shihon Group Company Limited signed with the Italian Eni automotive oils as as exclusive distributor in the Saudi market, as Eni oils have a wide reputation in global markets thanks to their high quality, which confirmed their efficiency in maintaining vehicle engines in various conditions of use.

The agreement was signed as part of the activities of the Saudi-Italian Investment Forum, which was hosted in the Italian city of Milan, at the beginning of this September. The forum witnessed the presence of the Minister of Investment, Engineer Khalid bin Abdulaziz Al-Falih, the Italian Minister of Companies and Products, Adolfo Orso, and several specialized fields from both countries. The forum also witnessed active participation by government agencies and private sectors. 

Regarding the agreement for Bin-Shihon Group Company Limited to acquire the Eni Lubricants Agency, Mr. Marwan Bin Shihon, Executive Vice President and Managing Director, said: We at Bin-Shihon Group are always keen to provide the best products and services to our customers, and based on this keenness, we are proud, thanks to God, of our strong partnership relations with major international companies specialized in the automotive products industry sector, such as oils, tires, and batteries. From this standpoint, the signing came with Eni oils, which are considered one of the best engine oils in the world, as they include a variety of products that meet the needs of various types of engines, and are characterized by their high scientifically and practically proven ability to help the engine provide the best performance under the harshest conditions of use.”

Mr. Marwan bin Shihon praised the Saudi E-Commerce Forum and the great efforts made by the Minister of Investment, Mr. Khalid Al-Falih, to strengthen economic relations between the two friendly countries and develop them in line with the aspirations and ambitions of the Saudi and the Italian people.
